In the upper center is Peisern. In the lower right are the towns of Oderberg and Freistein as well as the origins of the Oder and Vistula Rivers. Half of the backside is printed. There is a hand-colored motive at the top of the article about Silesia.

Map has a vertical centerfold. Overall age toning. A few tiny tears on edges. Small repairs in upper and lower margins on centerfold. Staining in upper margin. Overall age toning and a few spots. Repair on lower margin corners. Tiny piece missing from upper left margin corner. A few thin creases. For a map so old, the condition is actually quite good.
