In the center of the map is Florence surrounded by part of Tuscany. In the upper left of the map is the Lima River and Cutiigliano. In the lower left of the map is the Cecina River and Monte Catini and Guardistallo. Located on the piece going over the outline in the east are Sarsina, Sorbano, Apozzo and Montecoronaro. At the top of the map are detailed town plans of Samminiato on the left, Modigliana in the center and Volterra on the right. The town plans at the bottom are Pistoia in the lower left, Prato in the center and Pescia in the lower right.

Map has a few, scattered light spots, mainly in margins. Small crease in lower left. General condition is otherwise Much Better than Good.
