Cassel is a French community very near the Belgian border in the "Hauts-de-France" region.

It belongs to the Arrondissement Dunkerque. Its history goes back to Celtic times. It became famous when the Romans conquered it.

Very good condition. Minimal traces of age and use. Hand coloring is excellent. No text on reverse side. Narrow margins beyond plate marks all around.
