Astronomy, Stars, Northern Sky
"Der Noerdliche Sternhimmel"
Detailed engraving by Kuehn and Seidel after L. Ravenstein ca 1875.
The stars and their names written in light blue make a fascinating study of the northern sky.
Original antique print
On the image are some scattered spots and light creases. On the right side is a very small hole.
In a few places, the blue color has been worn away. In the margins are a few repaired tears.
Two of the repaied tears on the left side reach a centimeter into the image.
