We were unable to identify baroness Jeszenszky. Both, the family names of Jeszenszky and Zichy are Hungarian nobility. With the dry stamp of Hanfstaengl on the photographic portrait, this photograph must have been taken before his death, i.e. before 1877. Does any of the readers of this know more?

The photograph has been trimmed to oval shape and mounted on Hanfstaengl's own workshop cardboard.

The portrait in very good condition. The surrounding cardboard shows traces of age and use.
