The old city of Wuerzburg with the zig-shaped city walls, bedded in the surrounding hills of Franconia makes a decorative theme for this map. High on a hill to the right of the Danube is the Marienburg Castle. In the background is the village of Herdingsfeld. The title is in the upper part of the map with the coat-of-arms in the center. The map legend is at the bottom gives reference to important buiding monuments.. Around theentire map is a small, decorative painted frame.
