The African Gray Parrot (Psittacus erithacus) is one of the largest and most intelligent parrots. He is a gifted Lerner of language and has been cherished as a dear companion to many people in the course of the centuries.
Holding the parrot on her hand the young lady in her satin dress is coquettishly looking at the painter, Caspar Netscher.
Elegant large print with wide margins. Margins show some foxing, which, in the case of framing, would disappear under the matting.
