"Panorama de Jerusalem" Hand colored wood engraving by Beltrand, Dete and Florian after the painting by Auguste Lepere (1849 - 1918). Published in ãLe Monde Illustre, Paris, ca. 1890. This oversized panorama of the Holy City is a superb general view. Lepere was noted for his excellent rendering architecture. General age toning. Engraving has several vertical folds to fit book size. Very nice condition!
