Souped up provincial dame and her Dandy coming to town where he reads theater and other advertisements. A wonderful caricature depicting the view of Parisian city folk on provincial visitors,  the man trying hard to be held for a Dandy.

Print had been trimmed to image edge line on three sides: Upper, left and lower margins were lost including title. Margins have been added. Artists' addresses are intact. A. Hu could not be identified. Light water stain in left margin.

Image size: 35,3 x 23,4 cm (ca. 13.9 x 9.2")
