"Le Lion D'Androcles"  Image of Androcles, the slave in Roman times who was saved by a lion. Androcles found the lion in the forest with a wounded paw. He took out the thorn and soothed the lion. Androcles later was put before the lions in the Colosseum. The lion that was supposed to kill Androcles is the one Androcles saved.
